JODY & JOEL DINAN
Jody is a dedicated and driven residential real estate professional with almost ten years of experience in Boston and the surrounding areas. She grew up in the MetroWest suburbs of Boston and then resided in the South End for over a decade. Jody has now settled with her husband and two daughters in Wayland. With Jody’s knowledge of many markets and her strong local network, she is able to provide buyers and sellers with well informed and personalized white glove service. Jody serves her clients as a trusted advisor and prides herself on being readily available, resourceful, and patient. Jody combines expertise and passion for real estate with Coldwell Banker’s distinguished resources and global reach to achieve every one of her client’s objectives.
The other half of the Dinan team is Jody’s husband, Joel. His two areas of focus are condominiums and investment properties. Joel grew up in Haverhill, and since 2005, has owned and managed several rental properties in that area. In addition, he currently serves as a Trustee for two condominium associations. His unique areas of expertise lend well when working with clients who are interested in buying or selling a home, as well as someone looking to become a real estate investor. His business philosophy is to always engage with clients in an honest and transparent manner, and to maintain an open line of communication.
